Thank You For Your Service Insert Cards

LEARN HOW TO MAKE THESE PATRIOTIC INSERT CARDS TO THANK OUR ARMED FORCES

Armed Forces Day is soon upon us and I wanted to make a special card to thank those service members that I know. These Thank You For Your Service Insert Cards can be given throughout the year, not just on any of the patriotic holidays.

I designed this card to use the Print then Cut function on your Cricut cutting machine. That means it can only be made using a cutting machine with this capability, like the Cricut Explore Air 2 or Cricut Maker.

In this tutorial, I’ll give you my step by step instructions and tell you what materials I think work best when making this project.

Basic and Premium TBH Crafters Club Members can download the SVG cut file for this project in the File Library.

  1. I tried making this card, BUT when I hit make it, two of the red stripes have disappeared on the print and cut portion. They show on the card, but not in the layers (after I hit make it.) Can you help?

    1. Hi, Joyce!

I’m sorry you are having issues with this card.

I just checked into the file within Design Space and it is working as intended. Could you have possibly missed a few of the red stripes when flattening the flag image onto the white rectangle?
