    1. I don’t know whether you had me at peanut butter cookies or Michigan. I moved to Idaho from TC. The Great Lakes and the mountains have an equal pull on my heart but it’s not so peopley out here. 🙂 – Just found you on FB, Instagram and here. I’m following you on all of them. So far. So wonderful.

      1. Hahaha! Peanut Butter is my secret lover. Lol.

I bet that was a big switch from TC to the mountains! I’m sure it is beautiful though!!

Thank you for following me! I hope you find some fun out of this blog. If you have any suggestions or things you’d love to see, let me know!!

Until then, lots of love from The Mitten!!

    2. I’m so happy to have found you! I do have a question about those DELICIOUS [looking] peanut butter cookies though. I just recently found out that I am diabetic and was wondering if you thought, or if you’ve tried, a sugar substitute. I have yet to bake with any substitute, but I have Splenda in the house and it does appear to be a 1:1 ratio….looking forward to reading more of your posts!

      1. Hi, Annie!

I’m glad you are here, too!

I have actually used Splenda in the place of regular sugar and the recipe turned out just fine.

Do you have the baking Splenda or the packets?

    3. Peanut butter are my favorite cookies , but then you said oatmeal cookies and I’m hyperventilating. Not only did you sent me free SVGS but now cookie recipes too. Where have you been hiding? Thank you.

    4. Yum!! This looks so easy and delicious….I live in Arizona now ( only 105 today) but was born in Michigan so I feel the love there!! So glad to have found you and can’t wait for my exciting surprises!!

    5. Nick, Thanks for adding me. I to live in michigan. Shall I hold up my mitten and show you where? LOL. I love your card recipes ad plan to follow along. I am also a huge Cricut fan. So, keep those SVG coming. I refer pop ups or anything that is a surprise.

      Thanks, Tricia Major

    6. Best thing about this recipe was the surprise …. It’s gluten free. I rarely click on recipes because close to NEVER is it something I can make.

    7. Hi Nick,
I love peanutbutter cookies!! However my son has a peanut allergy but is not allergic to tree nuts. Do you think almond butter could be used in place of peanutbutter?
Enjoying your blog in Taylor Michigan!

    8. I discover this recipe surfing the web about two years ago for the air fryer…love it. I doing bake them too often because they disappear way too fast. I think I may be the culprit. I reading through this thread, you may want to try Monk Fruit sugar alternative. Zero calories, measures like sugar, keto friendly and no artificial anything. Brand I use is Whole Earth and has a zero glycemic index. My Bearded man is diabetic.

    9. Delish! I used a nut only chunky PB and baked it in my multi-purpose Ninja air fry oven. Super quick and easy! Thank you.
