  1. My goal is to make 50 cards for a Cards for Seniors campaign next Christmas. I don’t have the foil kit. Could I convert the lines to draw and use a metallic Sharpie? I like cards that I don’t have to do a lot to once it’s cut; I’m not into cutting out a ton of little bits that need to get glued on 🙂

    1. You sure can, Lyn!

The Foil Transfer Tool can be used with the Cricut Maker AND Explore Air 2! The instruction would be the same as I have laid out in the tutorial for either machine!

Word of caution when purchasing the foiling tool… Make sure you are buying the correct one. Cricut recently released a foil transfer tool specifically for Cricut Joy. So, read the box! ☺️

  2. I love this card! I really want to make it but I can’t seem to get my Maker 3 to accept it. I keep getting a “cannot send to mat” error. Any thoughts on why?

    1. Hi, Amy!

I’m sorry you’re having an issue. Try saving the project, signing out of design space, closing the app, then reopening. See if it goes through.

Let me know if that works!

      Nick
